Our cancellation policy

  • Cancellation free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
  • In case of cancellation between the 20th and the 7th day before arrival we charge 70 % of the booked service
  • In case of cancellation from the 6th day before arrival we charge 90 % of the booked service
  • In case of no-show without prior cancellation we charge 100 % of the booked service.
